Certified  Pre-Owened Spas

Standards of ReNewed Spa:

We do not accept every hot tub for the refurbish process. It must meet certain criteria before we will choose a tub and invest time and money. We only choose what we feel are the best in a particular size, shape, or brand. Therefore, when you see a tub we have refurbished, you know it is the best tub available to fit the need.

If it meets our standards of Refurbished we will:

  • Bring the qualifying tub into our shop

  • Remove all panels

  • Inspect all plumbing inspect all mechanical

  • If there are any signs of past or future concerns, we will solve them

  • We look for anything we can do to the tub to make it better than it was. IE: (Add insulation to make it more energy efficient or change real wood to composite)

  • We repair all panels

  • We water test all tubs at least 24 hours before entering our store & upon delivery 

  • we verify all jets operate

  • We verify all electronic function

  • We verify all lights operate

  • We verify no leaks or potential leaks

  • We verify the tub will operate on a GFCI or 220-50amp breaker protected system

  • We repair all cosmetic issues within our standards (And we have high standards)

  • We thoroughly clean and sanitize the tub

  • We manufacture a new cover for most tubs

  • We certify the tub with the goal of 2 years with no issues in mind, since we offer up to a 2 year extended warranty. ($300 extra for 2 year warranty) 

Note: All Certified Pre-Owned Hot Tubs have a 90 Day Warranty on Pumps, Motors, Electronics and Leaks.
