I was in the market for a small hot tub and happened upon the Santa Maria store while shopping in the mall one day. Tammy was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and answered all our questions. As I was not ready to buy the first time we walked into the store, she did not try to "hard sell" us, which I very much appreciated. When we were ready to buy, she made it very easy and explained the entire process so we knew what to expect. The delivery crew made everything look so easy; delivery, set up, installing the whip and even paint touch-up on the cabinet. We discovered a broken piece on one of the pillows when we first turned the jets on, but this was quickly and easily replaced by Tammy the next day. The tub itself... I love it!!! It's pretty, of great quality and is probably the smartest purchase I've made all year. The jets are no joke... I practically need a seatbelt so as not to be pushed to the opposite side of the tub!!! I actually feel better using this tub... no more arthritis pain in my hands and joints, and what used to be a never-ending back ache barely hurts anymore. Again, probably the smartest purchase I've made all year!!!

I needed a spa for the hydrotherapy for my neck and shoulders. Xtreme had what I had not been able to find previously at a price I could afford. I love my spa and use it almost every day. My massage therapist lost a regular customer but I gained the ease of use at home plus a place to invite friends to unwind as well.

We purchased our spa from you and are so happy we finally got one. It is truly a pleasure to relax every night and it's like having a vacation every day! There was a nice selection of spas to choose from. There were also nice choices of colors for the sides and inside of spa. We were very pleased about the friendly service and knowledge of the staff. We highly recommend getting the ez lift for the cover. Makes life so much easier and I can do it on my own this way without having to wait until my husband can help lift it. Everything from start to finish was easy. Truly a top notch company. We will definitely recommend you!

I bought a spa from the Maddox family (Xtreme Backyards) and am glad I did! From the time I entered their store to the installation and filling of my spa, I was impressed with the great service I received. Their spas are excellent quality for good prices. When xtreme backyards staff were at my house, the power was disconnected for an hour (error on power company's part)--they waited until power resumed to ensure everything was running well with my spa before heading back to Santa Maria. I love my swim spa! I use it nearly every day. Dave & Tammy at Xtreme Backyards were wonderful to work with. They custom-made my pool to my specifications, installed it where we wanted it and even have worked on it to keep it running properly. We looked at the "specials" by other companies. And, are glad we didn't go with them. We love working with local people and helping support the local economy. Great job Xtreme Backyards!
